Who We Are


Here at Island bodyworks we provide soft tissue therapy (clinical sports and remedial) and instruction in Foundation Training, an exercise and movement practice.

Most of us will suffer from muscular tension and stiffness, a niggling pain or ‘pull’, at some point in our lives, either due to a sport or work activity or simply leading a busy, sometimes stressful lifestyle. Being hunched over desks and steering wheels, computer screens and other mobile devices can encourage us to move less and sit for too long. Island bodyworks can help.

Our treatment studio is based in Niton, on the South side of the Isle of Wight, near to Ventnor, Whitwell, Chale and Godshill and accessible from Newport.
